2. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is simple and fair.
2.1 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
Unused
In original packaging
In a resalable condition
Sent with any documentation or inserts included with the product
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue:
A full refund, excluding the original delivery charge, or
An exchange, if preferred
2.2 Hygiene Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used or unsealed cannot be returned unless defective. This includes toys, lubricants, cosmetics and any item intended for intimate use.
If a product is faulty, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
2.3 Your Responsibility When Returning Items
The item remains your responsibility until it safely reaches us.
We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured service.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Delivery charges are only refundable when the item is defective.
